Review P&IDs/design scope of work, and participated in PDMS 3D modeling design reviews. Analyze and create construction scope of work, creation of baseline schedule and construction estimates.

·   Manage a workforce of 150+ resident construction folks. Responsibilities included: coordination of construction package development with engineering, contractor bid meetings for multiple disciplines, procurement activities for field material, tools, minor process and rental equipment. Perform routine inspections to ensure QA compliance, review quality control forms and addressed non-compliance issues.

·   Provide construction assessment and support for other DuPont sites (Puerto Rico, South Carolina & North Carolina, Mexico) including the development and updates of schedules for mayor capital projects in for these sites
